ABOUT THIS COURSE

Welcome to the online Mental Health Matters: A 2SLGBTQ+ course.

At CMHA Calgary, we believe in ‘Mental Health for All’, and this includes the gender, sexual, and romantically diverse community.

This course provides an introductory learning experience about what it means to be a member of the community or to support someone who is. It also provides valuable information about the unique mental health experiences someone who is part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community may face, as well as how to support positive mental well-being.

This course takes approximately 1 hour to complete and also offers a Mental Health Matters Workbook to further develop your skills.
